The previously scheduled vaccination attestation survey to determine vaccination rates among students ages 5-11 has been postponed. Based on recent guidance from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), the district is anticipating releasing the survey in January, 2022. More information will follow as further guidance is provided by DESE at the start of the new year. Thank you.
